HSIB Report into the ‘Design and safe use of portable oxygen systems’

The Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch (HSIB) has released its report into the ‘Design and safe use of portable oxygen systems'.

Following a number of incidents with medical oxygen gas cylinders the NHS released a Patient Safety Alert in January 2018.
